The CLO Analytics Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the compliance process across the fund’s US CLO platform.

Primary Responsibilities 

• Review of quarterly investor reports and waterfalls 

• Actively monitor US Middle Market CLOs and Rated Note Fund Structure Compliance tests 

• Hypothetical Testing 

• Review and interpret indentures 

• Daily interaction with Portfolio Management, Trading, and Structuring teams 

• Regular reporting for Portfolio Management purposes 

• Oversight of vendor relationships, including fund administration and trustees 

• Ad-hoc reporting 

Requirements 

• Bachelors Degree required ; 2-4 years of experience
